Class and division wise student list with
selected fields can be printed by selecting
class and division. Also new admission list for
a particular date or for a period can be viewed
and printed.
Student Search
Student search can be done based on search
criteria like class, division, admission number,
father’s profession, place , date of birth,
religion, age, height ,weight, blood group,
grade etc.
Student Reports
Student Admission report, Class wise reports,
board point wise report and based on search out
put printouts are available.
Student Detail Edit
Student
details can be edited by searching for a particular
student. Editing is allowed to administrative login.
Division Change
For
a student or for all students of a class
division can be changed by selecting student
class and destination division.
Deduction/Discount Details
For
each student deduction or discount amount for a
particular fee item can be set by the
administrator if required. Deduction details can
be viewed
Student TC Entry
TC number can be either auto incrementing or
by typing in. By giving student id , Student
details can be shown along with TC details
entry provision. Pending fees will be
checked before the issue of TC and
corresponding message will be given.
TC Report
TC printout can be taken either using a
pre-printed format or by the desired format.
TC Issued List
TC issued list report with many essential
details will be available based on TC search
criteria
Conveyance Details
Board point details and change of board
point date etc. can be stored and viewed
whenever required.
Hostel Details
Data related to hostel room and mess can
be stored and concerned information
viewed.
